Eureka! I’m slow…

OK, so I understand blogging has been around for quite some time now. Hell, I’ve been reading Ars Technica, which is sort of a techie blog created by a few of Harvard’s graduate students, for almost four years now. And .plan files on *nix systems did pretty much the same thing for years before that. I wonder why I didn’t think to use my blog to scribble notes down for work a few weeks ago when I started it.

Well, now that I’ve realized that my blog would be perfect for that job, much better than scribbling notes down on post-its and slapping them on my monitor or desk, I’m going to do just that. I’m sure this is probably not the ideal thing for me to do in the eyes of the administration at both PHS and District 211, but it’s probably a lot better than the alternative: leaving the post-it notes all over the place and risking the chance that I’d forget something or write something down that’s sensitive and letting someone else find it at my desk.

At least with this blog, I know that it’s totally public info, so I won’t be typing any truly sensitive information on it. Sorry, no juicy material for anyone to use against our computers. Anyways, the day is starting here at PHS, so I’m going to go.
