I thought that the software came with the USB cable for the Motorola phones. The software is supposed to allow you to not only download ringtones to your phone, but also sync your contacts and calendar, as well. You may want to check Motorola's website for the software. It may be publicly available there, since you would need both the phone and the USB or serial cable to use it. Unfortunately, Joe, I don’t know what software you need.
