So, I’m sitting at my desk typing something, and Adam decided to monkey around with the LRS pager coasters on my desk. He finds out the voltage and amperage needed to power the devices, and goes searching for an AC adapter with the proper stuff. Meanwhile, I’m still typing. All of a sudden, the power to my desktop goes off. My seventeen days of uptime on my desktop are over, and Adam’s crawling around on the floor unplugging things underneath my desk, tugging at the power strip.
Blasted Adam disconnected my array of extension cords and power strips, killing the power to everything on the left half of our four desks in the Tech Area. The good news is, Adam figured out how to recharge the coasters, and we can continue the buzzing and blinking lights forever.
