More Dish Network news

Again, from the forum:
Well, this morning Dish Network aparently officially cut out the Viacom stations from its lineup. I heard it on Eric & Kathy this morning. So, I turned on the tube and flipped over to channel 2, and what do you know, there’s the Dish Network CEO talking about how Viacom and CBS2 are unfairly ensuring that we (Dish Network viewers) don’t have Viacom stations without paying a good chunk of change for them. He also stated that we’d receive a $1 credit on our monthly statement for the loss of the Viacom stations.
What a crock. This is what happens when large media conglomerates gain too much power - they can unfairly throw their weight around to make demands that help only them, not the viewing public. Both Echostar and Viacom are guilty of this, IMO.
