Here is another great post I found at digg while compiling my list of winter break tasks. Daniel Brandt, a book indexer by trade, investigated the story after reading about John Seigenthaler Sr.’s made up entry in Wikipedia. Brandt runs an anti-Wikipedia site called Wikipedia Watch. From the digg post:
It started as a joke and ended up as a shot heard round the Internet, with the joker losing his job and Wikipedia, the online encyclopedia, suffering a blow to its credibility.
