Jessi’s day out

Yesterday we all had a day out for Jessi, just before she’ll be leaving for Japan later this week. Since my new camera came in on Friday, I took it with me to record some of the memories (this is starting to sound like Hersch wrote it). Check out the photoset on Flickr. Some of the photos have been marked private to protect the innocent. You’ll need to sign up for an account and get added to my friends or family list to view them.

To start off Jessi’s day, we went to Richard Walker’s in Schaumburg for breakfast. After that, we headed into Chicago to visit the Field Museum. After the Field Museum, a decision was made to visit the Art Institute. After wandering the various galleries and exhibits in both museums, we headed back out to the ‘burbs for a dinner at Outback.

The day was fun, and we’re all going to miss Jessi when she’s gone. I hope she’ll have fun and enjoy Japan while she’s there.

Update: Those with a Yahoo! account can already use Flickr.

Sounds (and looks) like fun. Sorry I missed it. Have a great and safe time in Japan, Jessi!
