The man at first told doctors he had had a nail gun accident, but later admitted it was a suicide attempt.

I’m not so much impressed by the fact that he lived for so long with 12 nails in his head. What impresses me is that in attempting to commit suicide, he exhibited such a zeal and enthusiasm for the process, that with 11 nails in his head, he still thought, “why not…I’ll give it one more try!”
To be unsuccessful 12 times in a row at attempting to kill yourself must be the ultimate humiliation. Although, the meth may have had something to do with that. My first question is…”Do people like this vote?”
I wonder if he was up-to-date on his tetanus shot?
This speaks to me not of zeal but incompetence. I could probably kill myself with a 2-inch nail to the head in one go, if I really wanted to. Three at the most.
Maybe he was just going for the “punk” look and the meth made him think he was suicidal..?
