I've gone in a few times, and told them that their price online was different than the price in the store. Both times, they looked it up online, and both times they gave me the price that I had told them the online store listed, without any argument. I don't claim that BestBuy is a great company to do business with or anything, but my experience in the issue mentioned here has been acceptable. That’s odd.
