The Big Bang Theory

CBS’s The Big Bang Theory is hilarious! I’m sitting at home waiting for a furniture technician to come to the house to look our broken arm chair, and I’m trying to catch up on some of that saved TV while I check e-mails and tap into the VPN connection at work. BBT looks like another great production from Chuck Lorre (check out the vanity cards).

As I sit here with Dixie watching the second episode, I find myself in hysterics laughing at the plethora of nerd and social humor. Leonard, the alpha of the nerdy foursome of physicists, lives next door to Penny, a cute blond from Nebraska who now works at The Cheesecake Factory. The first two episodes are filled with nerdy laughs, like a ‘42′ baseball cap, a light saber and comedic references to science. Much like HIMYM, the show reminds me of my social circle, and I am left feeling like I could jump right into the television and join in on the fun.

This is definitely a show to watch.

  • laundry
  • dishes
  • clean out freezer
  • clean up office
  • work on friend’s computer
  • find/make myself dinner each night this week
  • watch a lot of saved TV shows
