I have only read the intro para., but it looks like the court not only ruled for this guy, who had no lawyer and represented himself, but sanctioned the other side's attorney sua sponte (on its own initiative, without being asked to do so by the other side)...in other words, he won big.  I will read the whole thing on the train this morning.</description>
