The Kitchen

Tupperware does not go in the cabinet where pots and pans are stored!  It goes in the TUPPERWARE cabinet!!
Baking sheets do not go in the tupperware cabinet, nor in the pots and pans cabinet, nor in the dishes cabinet.  THEY GO IN THE BAKING SHEET CABINET!!!
Why is the pizza cutter in the baking sheet cabinet? […]

Addicted to Bargains

I love shopping, but more than just shopping, I love shopping cheap. And I’m good at it.  As far as groceries are concerned, I have a knack for walking into the supermarket with a top amount I’m willing to spend and staying at or below that amount.  Maybe its all those years of watching The […]

Check out this entry on the official Google Blog about the proper use of the word “Google.”  It’s interesting because you really see how the fact that google is turning into an actual word and not a trademark is both thrilling to marketing peeps, and horrifying to lawyer-types.

I love my friends…
Thanks for all the support, guys.  The crisis is under control, for the moment at least.

No end in sight

I’m really losing my reserve here.  I don’t want to do this.  I don’t want to be here anymore, I don’t want to think about grading or researching or getting stupid stuff done.  I don’t want to fret over my long-distance relationship anymore, hoping it will survive. I don’t want to miss my friends anymore […]

Apple Picking

Yesterday, my friends Jared and Erin brought me along to go apple picking in an orchard in Charlottesville. There, we met Jared’s undergrad-roommate, Shawn, and his wife Alex. It was a lot of fun - we all got some wonderful apples, and delicious hot cider and apple donuts! Pictures can be […]
