No, Really, I Am an American

Today was a more or less productive day. There really isn’t all that much else to move regarding the house.

I have a house. My friend and I have a house. We live there. It’s like…a house.

Has a few residents that I ain’t too fond of, but provided they don’t bug me (pun intended) I’ll be more or less five-by-five. I saw a big one today. There was shuddering involved.

We went shopping. I think I spent something in the neighborhood of $150 or so just buying things for the house. I kinda figured on that, however, and have it budgeted in accordingly.

My head is in a million different places. I talked to my sister today, and Sarah co-hort extraordinaire, and Vicki (of Wau-con-da) via Trillian today. Come to think of it, I talked to a few people. There was a whole lot of chatting going on. It was pretty swank. Talking to my heart-sister was swell, though. If things work out, it just may be that Stephie and I will galavant to London together, and perhaps Lyon as well. It would definitely give me a chance to practice the French I’ve been trying.

Which also reminds me — I met with Maiko on Wednesday. It was nice to see her again. Heck, there was lots of stuff goin’ on Wednesday: comic book meeting, luggage moving, and conversation exchange with Maiko.

Yeah. See what I mean? ADD.

I miss me Da. I think I get my distracted by shiny objects thing from him. Or my sister. Probably both.

I have bubbles. I can’t wait to play with them.

Yeah. Back to the house. I will stay the rest of the weekend here at the apato in Imazato then come Sunday, it’s official like. I’m all kinds of gonna be livin’ in the house…which means you won’t hear from me in a week or so. Not that you really “hear” from me, but you know what I mean.
