I received some devestating news today at lunch.
Cafe du San Marino is closed.
I was in shock. I was really confused as to why everything was outside of the cafe, but I selected my Pepsi like I do every Saturday and got in line with everyone else. I noticed that many of the other people in line had loads of stuff with them, cans upon cans of soda, bags and bags of candy and chips. It wasn’t until I actually listened to what was being said around me that I realized that everyone had so much stuff because it was a buy one get two free kind of deal.
I ordered my sandwich for the last time.
After work today, I stopped by again because I saw that they still had the chocolate chip muffins I liked so much.
I bought the last two.
Seriously. What am I gonna do for lunch on Saturdays now?
