When my iBook was on the fritz and I took it to the Apple store, they spent hours diagnosing and fixing the problem (somehow I got a corrupt hard drive file or something but don't ask me specifics because I'm no computer genius) and didn't charge a thing!</description>

		<description>Honestly, while there are a few annoying things about my iBook vs. a PC...the benefits outweight them.  So many of the things that annoyed me on my PC are not there on my Mac.  And when I borrow Bryan's laptop because mine is upstairs or something, I get very frustrated about things (it happens at work too).  Actually I think Bryan's laptop is the same model as yours.  Get a MacBook...they are fun!</description>
