		<description>Sometimes I would try to memorize my customers' orders - I could only do it if the place was relatively slow, or it was just a two-top.  I was always impressed by waiters at fancier restaurants who could memorize a 5 or 6 person order.  I guess with this system, you wouldn't even have the option.  Interesting.</description>

		<description>Actually, alot of restaurants are opting to use the electronic note pads now if they can afford it. Unless of course, they are trying to go for the traditional classy feel for their theme. Some are writing them down on the old fashion pads, but they then go to the server station and punch them in on a touch screen there. Like for drink orders and stuff, but now they also do it for food.
