I was always impressed by waiters at fancier restaurants who could memorize a 5 or 6 person order. I guess with this system, you wouldn't even have the option. Interesting. Unless of course, they are trying to go for the traditional classy feel for their theme. Some are writing them down on the old fashion pads, but they then go to the server station and punch them in on a touch screen there.
