Have they stopped mentioning Michael Jordan?
I’ve only had like a handful of students mention the mobsters thing; I have had the musical reference, and a lot of students do indeed remember Michael Jordan. More or less, they have a vague impression about Chicago — they know it’s a major city in America and they’ve all heard of it.
