As I’m sure many of you know, my goal in life for the past ten years or so has been to own a golden retriever. After some careful consideration, I think I may have reevaluated this goal.
I think I want a goldendoodle instead. I mean, Lucy and I get along pretty well, and I was reading about how pure bred dogs can sometimes have issues.
I’m also thinking of moving to a deserty area.
Oh, and I might be back in America as soon as December. As in not returning to Japan after the New Year. Still thinking it out, though…but it’s really starting to look like that.
Wow…I just wrote you a letter (in the mail) asking about that. Guess now you don’t have to respond. Oooooo…Goldendoodle. They’re suppose to be quite smart…and shiny…we like shiny, yes?
I hope all continues to be well.
Woohoo!

Re: Goldendoodle in the desert… You’re moving to the SouthWest? :/ Still - yay continental US!
Lucy is a good dog, and sheds relatively little, which is a big plus. Back in the USA is cool, even if it’s Southwesterly…
Yay back in the USSA! Or something like that anyway. And at least even in those deserty areas, the time zones will be closer! I like your reevaluation of your goal in life. I, too, have heard some possibly negative things about some purebreds and all those “oodles” are nice because of the lower shedding quotient. I’ve contemplated a Malti-poo myself.
