So far, I don’t much like Mondays. There’s never any fun and games.
I do like honeydew, though. But I think I like them less ripe. Strangely enough the one in our fridge is too sweet.
Fresh air is awesome. I’ve had my window open every day it’s been nice and sunny out. Today was nice and sunny and I walked in grass. Grass is fun. I wonder if it’s really as tasty as Dixie makes it out to be. Maybe I’ll try some next time.
I finished Bones. Sad. Awesome show but now I don’t know what to watch next. I hope my brother’s friend Derrick finishes season one of Battlestar soon. Maybe if I watch it, I’ll come to appreciate the Boomer thing.
I should have sent my shinai home. I’m sure Dante will make use of them, but shinai are much easier to buy in Japan than they are here in America. I should also try and figure out how to clean the rust off of Juri, Miki, and Ruka. I also have to re-thread Juri, her grip is Vlad’s old Santelli grip and after the flood it’s come undone. I don’t think I want to use leather…which I wouldn’t know where to get anyway. I sure wish Santelli was still around. I could order a new foil.
I seem to remember Parker pens having more weight. This one feels all light and flimsy. But it came with a gel refill. It’s a 0.7.
I don’t like thieves and assassins. It wouldn’t be so bad if they just kept to stealing my gold, but some how one of their special moves allows them to take an extra turn. Rat bastards. I also want my griffin to jump over the stupid roadblock creatures ‘cuz they’re really just a pain in the ass and I don’t want to keep fighting them. I should stop into one the game shops and find out if they have Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past for GBA. I’m pretty sure those games would work on Miho.
Cersei Lannister is a dumb bitch. I hope she dies soon.
These oranges are harder to peel than the ones from last week. But they’re still sweet and tasty. I’ve missed oranges. Even if they are not the only fruit.
I should go to the library. They have many books there. Books is shiny. I would live at the library if not for the library-creatures. VoW probably has many tales of narrow escapes from library-creatures.
John’s fan is being all fan-y. It makes me nervous when he does this.
I still don’t know what my strengths in the classroom are. I wonder if being Asian counts.
I shall get sushi this week. Yes. It has been decided!
22 is less than 99. This is good.
Back to Westeros go I.
Grass has its own distinctive taste, but only the root-tips are any good for really chewing on - the rest is too fibrous.
Library creatures vary - there’s bookwyrms and that ilk, but the modern library can almost completely exclude the insectoid sort of creatures (also most ROUSes). There’s computer viruses (some of which can adversely affect the actual physical environment of the library), piping gnomes, electronics pixies, and the occasional shelving goblin, but the trickiest library creatures are usually patrons… ;p
But yes! Frequent your local library/ies! You just missed National Library Week, but there’s still plenty of delicious reading, viewing, and listening materials just waiting for you. :)=
