So I finally got around to e-mailing the contact person Terry gave me; I’d been feeling much better about things after talking to Chris O so it wasn’t crazy stressing me out nearly as much as it had been before. But of course, there were still many unanswered questions. Terry had said that it because it was Summer Holiday, there was a chance I wouldn’t hear back from them right away.
Yeah, not so much with the “not right away” ‘cuz I checked my e-mail this morning and I got THREE messages — one from the principal, one from a deputy principal who also teaches English, and one very important e-mail containing my contract (which I haven’t looked at yet ‘cuz I wanted to post this first).
Okay. Yeah. Still don’t know if the work permit thing has gone through, but at least I have a contract now. I really hope it doesn’t suck ‘cuz I’d be really sad if I had to back out or something.
